The Not So "Fine Print"

Inspections of Detached Structures and Pool/Spa is Available as an Add-On Service For An Additional Fee. A Home Inspection is Not Technically Exhaustive; a Home Inspection Provides a General Report on the Condition of a Home on the Day of the Inspection. Any Noted Defect or Area of Concern May Prompt Your Inspector to Recommend Further Investigation by an Appropriately Licensed Professional (Construction Contractor, Professional Engineer, Architect, etc.). Thermal Imaging is Used at the Discretion of the Inspector and is Subject to Acceptable Atmospheric Conditions on the Day of the Inspection. Visual Mold Inspection Does Not Include Mold Sampling and Laboratory Analysis. Mold Sampling and Laboratory Analysis is Available as an Add-On Service For an Additional Fee.
